Each return is processed with the same precision we apply to our tailoring to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original architectural packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Shipment

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
